HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE COMPLETED?

Each order is made individually for you. It takes up to 2-25 days for order to be completed (depends if we have the product in stock, or need to make it for you). Then up to 2 days to receive the order in Lithuania. Up to 10days in Europe. Up to 19days Worldwide. If you need your order to be completed faster, please send us an email on info@ap-line.com, we will do our best and will let you know if that is possible.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We deliver worldwide with a shipping cost – 10 Eur. All charges are made for your order in Euro. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.

In Lithuania a shipping cost – 4 Eur (delivered to your address), 3 Eur to the chosen DPD terminal.
Latvia – 7 Eur (delivered to your address); 3 Eur to the chosen DPD terminal;
Estonia - 8Eur (delivered to your address); 4 Eur to the chosen DPD terminal.

In our store, you will find clothing sizes ranging from XS to L, as well as up to 3XL sizes, depending on the product mode


HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Check the size chart for each product, which can be found at the bottom of the product description under "Size Chart" If you're unsure about the chosen size, we recommend consulting with our customer service team.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

Yes, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is undamaged and in its original condition. Please contact customer service before returning or exchanging any items.


WHAT METHODS CAN BE USED TO PAY FOR GOODS I AN ONLINE STORE? 

We accept various payment methods, including bank cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Paysera, and other secure payment methods.

WHY HAS MY CARD BEEN DECLINED?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders declining is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the ‘billing address’ section, the address to which your bank statements are sent is entered here. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ORDER? 


If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

DOES YOUR STORE OFFER DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS?

We regularly organize various promotions and sales. To learn about current discounts, follow our social media accounts. Also, we have a SALE section on our website.

DO YOU MAKE DRESSES FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?

We don't create dresses specifically designed for pregnant women, but our range is wide, and you will easily find the most comfortable and suitable one for you.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FROM YOU?

You can purchase a physical gift card at our studio (Tvirtovės al. 86-2, Kaunas), and an electronic one by searching for "Gift Card."

HOW TO USE A GIFT VOUCHER?

Using a gift card is easy!
If it’s a physical store coupon, visit the our store (Tvirtovės al. 86-2, Kaunas)
If it’s an online coupon, select the desired products or services and add them to your shopping cart.
 Enter the coupon code (if shopping online); Go to the checkout page.; Find the field "GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE"; Enter the coupon code and click "Apply".

WHAT TO DO IF, AFTER RECEIVING AN ORDER, THE DRESS IS TOO LONG? DO YOU SHORTEN IT?

We're always happy to tweak and tailor our products to suit each customer's needs. But once we've made changes, unfortunately returns are not an option.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO COME AND TRY ON DRESSES IN A PHYSICAL STORE

Yes, you can come to our studio and try on all the products.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO COME AND TRY ON DRESSES?

You don't need to register when you come to our studio.
Please visit us during Working hours:

Mon- Fri 11am-6pm
Sat - 11am-3pm

DO YOU CHARGE A FEE FOR FITTING DURING THE VISIT? 


No, we do not charge any fee. You can try on clothes for free.

WHAT ARE THE RENTAL PRICES? 

The rental price depends on the type of each product, its design, and the rental duration. Prices are listed for each model, but if you have more questions, feel free to contact us.

IF THE RENTED CLOTHING DOES NOT SUIT ME OR I DON'T LIKE IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If the rented clothing is not to your liking or does not fit, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours from the arrival time).

WHAT ARE THE RENTAL TERMS? 

The rental terms are: 4 days, 7 days, 12 days and 18 days.

CAN I RENT CLOTHES FOR A PERIOD LONGER THAN 14 DAYS? 

Yes, you can. In this case, please contact us by phone at (0-679) 69630, via email, or through social media.

HOW TO RETURN A RENTED DRESS?

You can return the dress directly at our "A.P. Line" studio (Tvirtovės St. 86-2, Kaunas) or via a courier service within the specified return period.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE SURE A DRESS OR SUIT WILL FIT ME? 

We do our best to make sure that the size measurements in the product description are right. But if you're not sure, we can help you choose the right size. Just call us, email us, or message us on social media. We can also give you tips on how to take your own measurements.

WHAT TO DO IF I AM LATE RETURNING?

If for any reason you haven't returned the dress on time, please contact our team immediately. In case of a delay, additional fees may apply, depending on the length of the delay.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE RENT IN THE ONLINE STORE?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED?

If you have received the wrong dress or if the dress is faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and, if necessary, provide you with a replacement dress or 
refund your money.

DO YOU RENT THEMED COSTUMES? 

Our selection is quite wide, so we believe you will find something suitable and fitting for the party theme.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CUSTOMIZE THE RENTED CLOTHING TO FIT MY SIZE?

Unfortunately, we do not alter or customize rental products individually.

DO YOU RENT MATERNITY CLOTHES? 

We don't rent maternity clothes, but we have a wide range and you're sure to find something comfortable and suitable.

CAN I CHANGE THE DRESS MODEL, COLOR, OR SIZE AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If you have already placed an order and wish to change the dress model, color, or size, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order status is not marked as "SHIPPED" and if the alternative product is available in stock and has not been reserved by someone else for their event.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF THE RENTED DRESS?

You can only do this if the date you want is available. If it is, please contact the customer service staff.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT RETURN OR DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO YOU ON THE LAST DAY? 

If you realise that you will not be able to return the package to us on time, think about asking a friend or family member to do it for you. If you can't do that, please contact us by email or phone on +370 679 69 630.
